As a Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) at our company, your primary focus will be on lead generation and qualification within the US enterprise market. Your role is crucial in driving pipeline growth by identifying key decision-makers across various industries and generating interest in AI-based solutions. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying and reaching out to decision-makers in target industries using a combination of calls, emails, and social media for lead generation. You will also be responsible for tracking, nurturing, and qualifying leads to ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team for pipeline management. Additionally, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, creating strong initial engagement. It is important to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and challenges in industries such as Healthcare, BFSI, Media & Telecom, Transportation, and Travel & Logistics. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or prospecting, particularly for US enterprise clients. You should have a proven track record of success in industries like Healthcare, BFSI, Media & Telecom, Transportation, or Travel & Logistics. Being tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems like HubSpot is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to initiate and build lasting relationships with clients. A strong work ethic, high motivation, self-drive, and goal-orientation are characteristics that will help you meet lead targets effectively. It would be advantageous if you have experience with Salesforce or other advanced CRM platforms, as well as prior experience in selling AI-based solutions. This position is based in Hyderabad.,
