Role & responsibilities * Develop and maintain partnerships with companies for student internships and job placements. * Coordinate student placements, internships, and recruitment activities. * Collaborate with companies to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with employers for regular hiring opportunities. * Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills. * Organize and manage placement drives, workshops, and campus recruitment events. * Coordinate interviews and the selection process between students and employers. * Maintain accurate records of students, placement status, and company interactions. * Represent the academy during client meetings and networking events. Preferred candidate profile * Minimum 1 year - 3 years of experience in placement coordination, HR, B2B, or a similar client-facing role. * Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. * Good organizational and time management abilities. * Passionate about student career development and relationship building.
