The role is based in Pune. The Data Governance Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, designing and developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing mentorship to learners. The Trainer will also be responsible for assessing learners' progress, giving feedback, and adapting training methods to meet the diverse needs of learners. Qualifications Information Technology and Software Development skills Experience in Teaching, Training, and Lecturing Strong understanding of Microsoft Purview Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and inspire learners Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field Certification in relevant areas, such as Microsoft certifications, would be beneficial
