The Operations Associate position requires a responsible and proactive individual to assist with daily administrative tasks and field operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, and ready to take initiative. This role involves a combination of in-office duties and external coordination tasks, such as managing courier dispatches, supporting client visits, and handling bank-related activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely pickup and delivery of courier parcels to client locations, accompanying managers on client visits and field meetings, handling cash deposits at the bank while maintaining accurate transaction records, providing basic administrative support for day-to-day office operations, coordinating with vendors and logistics partners as necessary, keeping detailed records of dispatched materials, bank deposits, and travel logs, maintaining office cleanliness and organization, and offering ad hoc support to HR, Admin, and Management teams. The requirements for this position include a minimum qualification of 12th pass (graduates preferred), a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), honesty, punctuality, and dependability. Familiarity with local routes and basic logistics handling is considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
