Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

Booking Coordination – Coordinate with courier partners to schedule shipment bookings,

ensuring strict compliance with defined Turnaround Times (TAT).

Pickup Confirmation – Facilitate seamless communication between courier partners and

branch teams to verify that all pickups are completed as per agreed timelines.

Shipment Monitoring – Track shipments from branch dispatch to final delivery, providing

timely status updates and ensuring proactive resolution of any delays or issues.

Delivery Follow-Up – Liaise with courier partners to expedite pending deliveries and ensure

completion within the stipulated TAT.

Proof of Delivery (POD) Management – Obtain PODs from courier partners and submit them

to respective branches for accurate documentation and record maintenance.

Billing & Invoice Verification – Validate courier invoices against shipment records, ensuring

accuracy and promptly resolving discrepancies.

Reporting & Analysis – Prepare detailed monthly reports on courier dispatch operations,

including performance metrics, operational challenges, and recommendations for

improvement.

Courier Partner Management – Maintain strong relationships with existing courier vendors

and evaluate potential new partners based on business requirements.

Cost Optimization – Implement strategies to reduce courier costs through shipment

consolidation, route optimization, and trend analysis for better cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
