Job Description

Pick-up and Delivery: Collect packages from designated locations and deliver them to the specified addresses. Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timely delivery. Package Handling: Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transportation. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Communication: Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and potential issues. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including dates, times, and any delivery issues. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including traffic laws and company policies.
