About the job: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Support Strategist to help streamline day-to-day operations and enhance productivity. This role is ideal for someone fluent in spoken and written English, who can confidently communicate with clients and partners and support high-level administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Email Management: Monitor and organize inboxes, respond to routine emails, and flag important communications. 2. Meeting Support: Attend meetings (virtual/in-person), take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-ups are executed. 3. Follow-ups: Track daily office to-dos, follow up on internal and external tasks, and ensure timely completions. 4. Client Communication: Make calls to clients and partners; fluency in spoken English is a must. 5. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling, coordinating travel plans, managing calendars, and organizing files. 6. Basic Design Work: Ability to use Canva for basic documentation or presentation support is a plus. Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 2. Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment 4. Comfortable attending meetings and interacting with professionals 6.
