Key Responsibilities:Front Desk / Reception Duties: Greet members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle walk-in inquiries and provide information about gym memberships, packages, and facilities. Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area. Register new members and assist with enrollment formalities. Manage member check-ins and attendance records. Collect payments (cash, UPI, cards) and issue receipts. Telecalling Duties: Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing members. Follow up on inquiries, leads, and renewals. Promote new offers, packages, and gym events. Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and schedule appointments/tours. Maintain and update lead/customer databases (CRM/Excel). Administrative Duties: Assist in daily reporting and record keeping. Support trainers and management with operational tasks. Track member feedback and report issues to management. Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and follow-up calls. Key Skills Required:Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and local language preferred). Good telephone etiquette and persuasive communication. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel/Email handling). Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. Multitasking and time-management skills.
