Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in child psychology, parenting strategies, and effective communication techniques. As a counselor, you will provide parents with actionable advice to help them address their children's developmental, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for parents via virtual platforms.
• Develop practical resources and tools to guide parents in critical conversations with their children.
• Address a wide range of topics, including puberty, mental health, self-esteem, bullying, and family dynamics.
• Collaborate with the content team to create blog posts, videos, and guides based on psychological insights and best practices.
• Conduct webinars and workshops for parents on trending or important topics.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counseling standards.
• Stay updated on the latest research in child psychology and parenting strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
