Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Counsellors at ITCracker School of AI located in Mathura. The primary responsibilities include guiding students to choose appropriate training programs, conducting counseling sessions, addressing student inquiries, and helping them navigate their career paths. Counsellors are also expected to maintain accurate records, follow up with potential students, and contribute to student satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Ability to provide guidance and advice to a diverse range of students for program selection and career paths
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
• Good understanding of IT-related fields, such as Web Development, Data Science, and Analytics, to provide informed guidance
• Prior experience in academic counseling, career services, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
