The Strategy and Transformation Manager, Vice President, for the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) India team plays a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and transformation across cybersecurity initiatives. With 45% of the global CISO team based in India, this role is essential for ensuring that India operations are tightly integrated with global security strategies and transformation goals. Rolling up to Head of CISO India and partner with the Global CISO Chief of Staff and CISO India leadership to align India s cybersecurity objectives with global strategy. To be successful in Strategy and Transformation Manager, Vice President, you should have experience with: Translating global policies into actionable plans tailored for India operations. Driving location strategy from a cost and capability perspective, including team expansion and new setup initiatives. Leading people and process transformation initiatives focused on cost optimization, productivity enhancement, and capacity creation. Identify and implement opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies and improve operational agility.
