About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer who can manage and execute end-to-end digital initiatives across SEO, email marketing, social media, personal branding, and graphic design . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation while maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Responsibilities Include: Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page optimization to improve search rankings. Plan and execute content calendars for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Create visually appealing graphics, social media creatives, infographics, and marketing collaterals. Write and design email campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows. Build personal branding content for founders/leadership (posts, carousels, storytelling). Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms. Track industry trends to create timely and relevant digital content. Key Qualifications: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of SEO principles and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console). Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo). Good copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and strategic content. Ability to design high-quality visuals using Canva; Figma/Adobe experience is a plus. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and community engagement. Excellent communication, time management, and project execution skills.
