As a Service/Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of AC units such as Ductable AC, VRVs, Chillers, etc. You will manage 3 to 4 service teams for field complaints of AMC jobs, chargeable complaints, and under warranty complaints. Additionally, you will handle the operation and maintenance staff permanently deputed at 5-7 sites. Regular site visits are required to check the performance of work by our employees.
