As a Service/Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of AC units such as Ductable AC, VRVs, Chillers, etc. You will manage 3 to 4 service teams for field complaints of AMC jobs, chargeable complaints, and under warranty complaints. Additionally, you will handle the operation and maintenance staff permanently deputed at 5-7 sites. Regular site visits are required to check the performance of work by our employees. Your role will involve meeting with customers for the renewal of existing AMC jobs and acquiring new AMC jobs. You will coordinate and arrange the purchase of spares, as well as dispatch spare parts/materials to sites. Coordination with OEM for the performance of AMC jobs according to their procedures, safety rules, and online portal is essential. Handling repair/renovation jobs, hiring technicians/mechanics/operators as per work requirements, and managing on-call business for minor projects/new installations at existing clients will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in the sale of spares to existing customers and overseeing administrative tasks such as staff attendance, ESI, PF, and job costing. Technical support is a crucial aspect of this role, where you will provide consultation to clients, sales teams, and project managers. You will resolve technical issues and offer innovative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of HVAC products, services, and industry trends is necessary. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in design and estimation within the HVAC industry. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, heat load estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation. - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and estimation software.
