Costing Manager-India (M/F)

You will be responsible for providing support in the Finance department, specifically focusing on Manufacturing Accounting, Standard Costing, Cost Analysis, Reporting, Inventory Management, Cost Control, Compliance, Data Analysis, Collaboration, Variance Analysis, Budgeting, Transfer Pricing, Excess Inventory, and Marketing Team Support. Your primary duties will include calculating COGS in ERP, maintaining standard costs for products, conducting cost analyses, developing cost reports, overseeing inventory counts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing historical cost data, collaborating with various departments, monitoring budgets, reviewing transfer pricing, analyzing excess inventory, and supporting product managers with COGS and margin analysis. To excel in this role, we expect you to possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost accounting systems, good communication skills, knowledge of inventory management and cost control techniques, ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings to management, strong ERP skills (including SAP/JDE), understanding of all movement flows and GL impact, and knowledge of agriculture/seed costing. This is a full-time position with HM CLAUSE located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.,
