We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced production cum maintenance engineer to run and maintain special purpose machines in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our machines operate at optimal levels, with minimal downtime, to meet production goals and standards. The Special Purpose Machine Production Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams machine operators, planning, quality, Stores, maintenance and stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues, improve machine performance, and implement maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct preventive maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime - Troubleshoot machine problems and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve machine performance and productivity - Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures - Monitor machine performance and diagnose issues - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements - Train and supervise machine operators - Document machine performance and maintenance records - Leading the production team to Operate and maintain special purpose machines to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime Requirements: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics. 6-8 years of experience in operating and maintaining special purpose machines Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Experience with CNC machines, PLCs, SPM and industrial automation systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail operation and quality If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about operating and maintaining special purpose machines, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
