As a Regional Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across key regions with a focus on bold execution and strategic vision. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deep dive into activities and drive operations based on systematic processes, enabling you to upgrade your skills and grow at a faster pace within our fast-growing company. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing logistics operations across multiple cities/states, driving cost-effective transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies, ensuring SLA adherence, operational excellence, and KPI delivery. Additionally, you will oversee team performance, provide training, and implement ground-level processes while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong ability to review depot activities on a daily basis with your team, implement standard processes effectively on the ground, and have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations (3PL preferred). Strong team management skills, cross-functional leadership abilities, and experience in handling floor operations of a 1 lac sq. warehouse with high throughput are essential. Hands-on experience with warehouse and fleet operations, exposure to system-driven, tech-integrated logistics environments, and a willingness to travel regionally are also required.
