Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in tooling design, cost estimation, or manufacturing of molds/dies/fixtures.
- Strong understanding of tooling materials, machining processes (CNC, EDM, grinding), and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and cost estimation tools/software.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in plastic injection molding, die casting, or sheet metal stamping environments.
- Knowledge of international tooling cost structures (local vs. global sourcing).
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and DFM/A principles.
