Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in high-rise building projects . The candidate will be responsible for cost planning, estimation, tendering, budgeting, and contract administration to ensure cost-effective execution of high-rise construction from foundation to finish. Note:Immidiate Joinners and local candidates in Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) , cost estimates, and budget forecasts specific to high-rise structures. Conduct quantity take-offs , rate analysis, and cost planning based on architectural, structural, and drawings. Manage pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities for high-rise construction projects. Monitor and control project costs across all phases excavation, structure, faade, MEP works, and interior finishing. Handle subcontractor evaluations , pricing negotiations, and work orders. Prepare and certify RA Bills , subcontractor bills, and reconciliation statements. Manage variation orders, cost claims , and support dispute resolution if needed. Track cash flow, budget utilization , and alert project teams on overruns or savings. Coordinate with planning, engineering, and procurement teams for real-time cost tracking. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and contractual terms . Conduct regular site visits for progress validation and material consumption checks. Maintain proper documentation for audits, cost reviews , and project reporting. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction projects (10+ floors). Excellent knowledge of construction costing, rate analysis , and market rates. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project. Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail. Effective communication, vendor management, and negotiation abilities. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Diploma/Certification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (Preferred) Preferred Background: 7 years of QS experience in high-rise building projects . Experience with developers, EPC contractors, or large construction firms.
