We are expanding our offline sales network in Bangalore and looking for passionate Sales Executives to join our team. Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing offline sales by approaching retailers, distributors, and modern trade outlets across Bangalore. You will play a key role in expanding DIVAHS market presence and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and partners in Bangalore. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and ensure strong product availability. Visit shops, beauty stores, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets to promote products. Ensure product visibility through in-store branding, displays, and sampling activities. Maintain strong relationships with retailers and resolve any business issues. Collect market insights and competitor activities for reporting. Handle sales orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment collections. Provide regular sales updates and reports to the Sales Manager. Key Requirements: 0.6 To 3 years of sales experience in FMCG / skincare / cosmetics / personal care industry. Strong network and knowledge of Bangalores retail market. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
