COS (Chief Of Staff)

Job Summary

The Chief of Staff works closely with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless execution across departments. This role acts as a trusted advisor, project manager, and communication bridge between leadership and teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution

• Support the CEO in defining business priorities and strategic goals.
• Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and timelines.
• Track execution of key initiatives and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare strategic reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a liaison between leadership and departments (Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
• Ensure alignment across teams on priorities and deliverables.
• Follow up on action items discussed in leadership meetings.

3. Leadership Support

• Manage founders priorities, meetings, and critical communications.
• Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Represent the founders in meetings when required.

4. Process & Operational Excellence

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Drive SOP implementation and compliance across teams.
• Ensure accountability and ownership at all levels.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs, OKRs, and departmental performance.
• Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Escalate risks, delays, or blockers proactively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
