No. PURCM/2025/2607 Dated: 31.01.2025 NOTICE The Walk-In-Interviews for appointing Guest Faculty to teach at Panjab University Regional Centre, Sri Muktsar Sahib for the Academic Session 2024-25 (Even Semester) for the following subject will be held in the Selection Committee Room (First Floor) of Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, Panjab University, Chandigarh as per the following schedule: Date Subject No. of vacancies Time 13.02.2025 Political Science 1 11:00 AM The applicants are required to fill the application form for Assistant Professors available on Panjab University website (https://forms.puchd.ac.in/forms/20200122155429- directrecruitmentassistantprofessorapplicationformasperugcregulation2018) (Page 1 to 9). The candidates should bring all their original certificates and other relevant documents along with the duly filled application forms and attested copies of all the certificates/ documents (Two copies each) and two passport size photographs.  The above assignment is on lecture basis with an honorarium of 1500/- per lecture with an upper limit of Rs. 50,000/- per month.  The candidates will have to give an undertaking that he/she will not draw any fellowship/stipend or any financial assistant from any agency till they are teaching in Panjab University Regional Centre, Sri Muktsar Sahib as a Guest Faculty.  No TA/DA will be paid for the Interview.  Minimum qualification is as per UGC norms.
