Role & responsibilities :- Develop a plan & strategy aligned with budget and assess available resources for the volunteer program activities. Align the volunteering calendar and interventions with initiatives being driven through partnerships. Conduct continuous evaluation of the programs and services delivered by the volunteer and implement corrections when necessary. Build a volunteering program which encourages employee participation and therefore drives a culture of giving back in the organization. Preferred candidate profile :- 3+ years of experience in volunteer management. Experience in attracting volunteers. Good communication skills
