About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives. 2. Business Development - Identify new growth opportunities, build and maintain strategic partnerships, and drive overall revenue generation. 3. Operational Excellence - Oversee core business functions to ensure smooth execution, process efficiency, and performance consistency. 4. Sales and Dealer Management - Sell packages to dealers and maintain strong, long-term dealer relationships. 5. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through focused outreach and effective sales strategies. 6. Follow up on warm leads and convert them into successful deals. Requirements 1. Average to good communication skills, with no major sound errors or MTI (Mother Tongue Influence). 2. Prior telesales experience is mandatory.
