About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement Greet and assist customers visiting the Experience Center. Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Sales Operations Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to final purchase. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide accurate information about product features, specifications, and pricing. 3. Product Knowledge Stay updated on product offerings, inventory levels, and new arrivals. Communicate key product benefits and unique selling points to customers effectively. 4. Order Processing and Coordination Assist customers with order placements and coordinate with the backend team for timely deliveries. Handle payment processing and maintain accurate transaction records. 5. Customer Relationship Management Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Education: 10+2 (minimum) or a bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). 2. Experience: Fresher to 2 years in a retail sales or customer-facing role. 3. Skills: 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi (Is a plus) 5. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office applications. 6. Problem-solving and negotiation skills. Competencies: 1. Customer-focused attitude. 2. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): 1. Product Knowledge and Upskilling: Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques. Use product knowledge effectively to upsell and cross-sell. 4. Order Management: Ensure error-free order placement and timely delivery coordination. Minimize discrepancies in order processing and payments.
