Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Group Health Reimbursement Claim at our Saket location. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing group health reimbursement claims, liaising with insurance providers, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims, handling Medicare and Medicaid related inquiries, and working collaboratively with the sales team to provide client support. Other day-to-day tasks include overseeing medical billing, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with managed care regulations. Qualifications Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid systems Experience in Medical Billing and Managed Care Sales proficiency with strong client relationship management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
