Designation: Sr. Relationship Manager / Executive Relationship Manager Contact at: 8424945266 Job Overview We're looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Direct Marketing Channel team at Life Insurance Industry. As a Sr. Relationship Manager or Executive Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. Roles & Responsibilities Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business Make customers understand the benefits of our plans and check whether it meets their requirements Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life insurance products Cross-sell/up-sell products and ensure business targets are met Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Conduct marketing activities to promote our products and services What We Offer Competitive compensation package (2.2L to 5.50L CTC per annum) Heavy incentives based on sales performance Opportunity to travel to exciting locations nationally and internationally Fast-track promotions (3 promotion cycles in a year) Grooming and development as a sales leader in the Life Insurance industry Regular skill enhancement programs Criteria Required Age limit: 24-39 years Education qualification: Graduate in any stream Experience: At least 1 year of Life Insurance sales Local resident with a natural market in the location 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler CTQ Parameters Prior work experience in Life Insurance Not more than 2 job changes in the last 3 years Minimum incentive earning of 2,000 per month or 100% target achievement Currently working with a Life Insurance company (preferred) Locations Gujarat: Baroda, Surat, Ahmedabad Rajasthan: Jaipur, Kota, Udaipur, Bhiwari, Jodhpur If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer relationships, apply now to join our team!
