Corporate real estate Manager

This role requires you to oversee land purchase and divestment of underutilized assets. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Legal team on land-related legal matters, ensuring the provision of necessary data for the cases. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating Corporate Real Estate projects. To excel in this position, you must possess a thorough understanding of land-related issues and be familiar with MRTP/MLRC, UDCPR, and similar regulations. Your ability to effectively collaborate with the Legal team and provide essential information will be crucial. You should also be skilled at coordinating with the Design and Statutory Approval teams to address approval-related challenges and identify solutions. Furthermore, you should be capable of facilitating coordination among various divisions of the company to ensure seamless operations. The essential qualifications for this role include a BE Civil / B Arch degree and a minimum of 2-7 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in land-related issues is a must-have skill for this position.,
