Corporate real estate Manager (Land Purchase)-Mumbai

The job requires you to focus on land purchase and divestment of underutilized assets, along with coordination with the Legal team for land-related legal matters and providing necessary data. You will also be responsible for coordinating Corporate Real Estate projects. Your responsibilities will include having a thorough understanding of land-related issues and being well-versed with MRTP/MLRC, UDCPR, etc. You should effectively collaborate with the Legal team, provide essential information and data, and coordinate with the Design and Statutory Approval teams to address approval-related issues. In addition, you should be able to facilitate coordination with various divisions of the company. The essential qualification for this role is BE Civil/B Arch, along with 2-7 years of work experience in the field. Proficiency in land-related issues is a necessary skill for this position.,
