Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly competent and self-driven Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to lead and manage our legal operations, particularly in the areas of Trademark, Copyright, and Patent Registration, as well as broader Corporate Legal Services. This is a senior-level position requiring deep legal knowledge, leadership ability, and direct reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all Trademark, Copyright, and Patent matters for clients.
• Provide strategic direction on corporate legal services, including compliance, contracts, litigation, and advisory.
• Ensure all legal procedures are carried out efficiently and in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and client communications.
• Report daily to the CEO with updates, legal strategies, and client case statuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of legal tasks and client handling.

Qualifications:

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in IPR and Corporate Law.
• Strong knowledge of IPR filing procedures, corporate compliance, and legal drafting.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead a team when required.
• Proficiency in legal tools, portals, and client management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,401.24 - ₹75,000.00 per month
