Corporate Finance Services

• Review and verify Tally entries, ledgers, and financial statements for multiple group or client companies.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor and customer ledgers, GST, TDS, and other statutory liabilities.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants or external bookkeepers maintaining daily entries in Tally.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in books of accounts.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS reports and highlight key financial trends and variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely availability of necessary data.
• Standardize accounting processes and controls across different companies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for each company as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and backup of all entries and reconciliations.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
