As a Key Account Manager at Newton School, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with key corporate partners. Your focus will be on developing strategic collaborations and identifying revenue-generating opportunities to bridge the gap between college graduates" employability and companies" talent needs. Working closely with internal teams, you will be responsible for delivering customized solutions that drive growth and partner satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include identifying, initiating, and nurturing relationships with startups, accelerators, and other stakeholders to enhance market reach. You will facilitate the integration of Newton School's products/services into startup offerings, creating mutually beneficial placements and revenue opportunities. Additionally, you will proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into strategic partnerships, negotiating terms and finalizing contracts to ensure mutual success. To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or partnership management within startups. Your background should include experience with campus placements and strong corporate connections. A deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, technology trends, and entrepreneurship is essential, along with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a tremendous sense of ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to work across different teams. You should have the skills to break down big problems into smaller chunks, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
