You will play a crucial role in setting the vision and driving growth of Corporate Channels and Cash Management Services product lines. This involves identifying new areas of investment such as SME Channels, New Cash Services, and GenAI based innovations to enhance value and generate new revenue streams. Collaborating with sales and customers to gain an outside perspective for improving product capabilities will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be leading business analysts and junior product managers to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management for Cash and Channels, this role is based in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities and deliverables will include but are not limited to: - Continuously refining the Cash & Channels roadmap to align with market trends - Driving growth and contributing to the vision of the Lending Business Unit - Working closely with Engineering to deliver against the roadmap - Collaborating with GSC and sales teams to improve CAM and support the generation of the sales pipeline - Engaging with customers through user group sessions to introduce and showcase new product capabilities - Presenting product information and industry thought leadership at external and internal events - Leading a team of product managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and developing next-level leadership within the organization The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - 15 to 20 years of experience in Product Management within Financial Services - Product Management experience in Corporate Channels with expertise in Trade Finance and Cash Management - Previous publication of white papers or thought leadership papers on new growth initiatives - Preferably an MBA in Financing In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment, we offer a wide range of benefits to our employees globally.
