Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. Drive long-term financial planning including CAPEX and investment roadmaps. Team Leadership Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnering.
