Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Patna. The accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, evaluating business finances, reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, and providing timely reporting to management. Additionally, the Accountant will support budgeting processes and offer financial advice for business decisions. Qualifications Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Management skills Auditing, Tax Preparation, and Compliance experience Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis and forecasting Familiarity with accounting software and Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
