Role & responsibilities Job Title: PLC Programmer Company: Darwin Motion Private Limited Location: Hinjewadi, Pune About Us: Darwin Motion Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing Indian manufacturer of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motion control products. We work closely with OEMs, panel builders, and automation partners across India to deliver high-performance industrial automation solutions. Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated PLC Programmer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC logic development, commissioning, testing, and on-site support for industrial automation projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for automation applications Work with Siemens, Delta, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLCs Integrate PLCs with drives, sensors, and HMIs Support commissioning and field service activities Coordinate with design and testing teams for system validation Prepare technical documentation and reports Required Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of ladder logic and automation systems Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP) Experience: 1 6 years (Freshers with hands-on training also welcome) Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering Compensation: 3.2 4.5 LPA (based on experience & performance) Location: On-site at Hinjewadi, Pune
