Key Responsibilities: General Ledger Management: Assist with the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accurate posting of transactions. Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly account reconciliations for various accounts, identifying discrepancies and making necessary adjustments. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records on a monthly basis. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Tax Compliance: Help in preparing tax filings and ensure timely submission of sales tax, Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
