Core Tools of Quality - Medical Device Manufacturing

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for: - Implementing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure high product quality from the initial stages of production - Managing the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to validate that all production processes meet necessary requirements - Conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks in the production process - Performing Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) to verify the accuracy and reliability of measurement systems - Utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and control production processes for consistency and quality You should possess the following qualifications: - Strong understanding and experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively - Proficiency in utilizing quality tools and methodologies to improve production processes - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive quality initiatives to success,
