Core .Net Developer/ lead

As a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Core Developer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable applications utilizing Microsoft's .NET Core framework. Your proficiency in SQL and broad knowledge of technologies like OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services such as Lambda and Event Bridge will be pivotal to the success of our projects. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and mentorship throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment phases of .NET Core applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and execute software solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Architecting scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems based on business requirements, implementing best practices for code architecture, design patterns, and coding standards, as well as evaluating and recommending technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency will be crucial components of your role. You will engage in hands-on development using .NET Core to create robust and scalable applications, leverage SQL for database design and optimization, and work with various data storage technologies like OpenSearch, Redis, and MongoDB. Additionally, you will utilize AWS services including Lambda and Event Bridge to develop serverless applications. Collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure software alignment with business requirements, effective communication with team members to provide progress updates, and participation in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices adherence will be essential. Demonstrating proficiency in leveraging AWS services such as Lambda and Event Bridge to build scalable and efficient solutions, staying updated on the latest AWS features and best practices, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to enhance system functionality are key aspects of this role. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, proven experience as a Lead .NET Core Developer or a similar role, strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL, solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, familiarity with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and leadership abilities, certification in AWS or relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer), and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.,
