Key Responsibilities Business Growth and Sales: Achieve and exceed branch sales targets for various financial products, like loans and other assets. Identify and assess market opportunities and develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Operations and Compliance: Ensure efficient management of daily branch operations, including cash handling and security. Monitor and maintain the quality of the loan portfolio, including managing recoveries from defaulters. Ensure strict adherence to all NBFC regulations, guidelines, and internal policies. Manage branch operating costs effectively. Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate branch staff to ensure high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a productive and positive work environment. Allocate resources and ensure adequate staff coverage to meet operational demands. Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer complaints and issues. Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty. Reporting and Strategy: Analyze branch performance, financial reports, and market trends. Develop and implement effective business and marketing strategies for the branch. Communicate effectively with headquarters and other branches to share best practices and gain insights.
