Copywriter III

As a Copywriter III at TekWissen, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Service UX team, focusing on creating user-centric UI copy for client products and features. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating complex concepts into simple and user-friendly UI copy - Ensuring that customer service associates have timely access to accurate information - Creating UX writing that caters to a global audience of both novice and experienced users - Incorporating data and UX research insights to craft effective UX writing - Collaborating with UX designers, product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or conversation design - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience - Strong editorial and proofreading skills - Excellent writing, listening, and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in leveraging UX research findings and data to enhance UI copy - Ability to work cross-functionally and independently to deliver results Please note that all applicants must submit a minimum of 2 samples of UX writing, content design, or conversation design along with their application.,
