Execute cooking tasks under supervision (sauces, bases, garnishing, etc.). Handle mise en place (prep) for their section. Maintain consistency, timing, and presentation of dishes. Support other sections when required. Follow FIFO and minimize wastage. Wash, clean, and sanitize utensils, storage areas, and kitchen equipment. Assist with raw material unpacking, labeling, and storing. Support basic prep work (cutting, peeling, cleaning vegetables). Ensure waste segregation and proper disposal.
