Role Overview: As a Copilot Studio Technical Consultant, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Your focus will be on Copilot Studio and Power Automate. You will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements and provide AI-enhanced digital agents and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and promote innovation. Additionally, you will offer support to business users in troubleshooting issues related to their Copilot Studio agents. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 8+ years of experience in technical consulting or solution development. - Demonstrate proven expertise in Copilot Studio, specifically in bot design and deployment. - Showcase strong proficiency in Power Automate, encompassing cloud flows, desktop flows, and connectors. - Exhibit skills in constructing customer connectors. - Understand ALM, environment strategy, and security models, and know how to implement Copilot Studio in production with appropriate guardrails. - (Good to have) Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services, Service Bus, and Function Apps.
