Coordinator Logistics & SAP

Scope of work

LOGISTIC & SAP Co-ordinator will be responsible for PR & handling customer order management, invoice processing, and ensuring accuracy in SAP transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and seamless coordination with internal teams to facilitate order execution and billing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process PR and call-out orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.

  • Coordinate with PSCM to ensure PR-PO is processed within timeline. • Monitor order status and proactively address any discrepancies.

• Monitor call out quantity, consumption pattern and ensure timely order issuance for job continuity. • Ensure timely communication with Venders regarding order confirmations and updates.

• Verify job logs / Service tickets/ process SES & vender Invoices. • Verify pricing, discounts, and tax calculations before processing invoices.

  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place for invoicing.
  • Address and resolve invoice-related queries from customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and invoices in SAP. Troubleshoot SAP-related issues in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Generate reports on order and invoicing activities for management review. • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in audits and reconciliation of orders and invoices. • Prepare periodic reports on order processing efficiency and invoice accuracy

• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.

  • Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliations using SAP. • Collaborate with vendors, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and supplier contracts. Ensure accurate data entry and system updates for inventory, orders, and shipments.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Total 4 years of working experience in SAP system. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistic, PR creation, Contract & call out in SAP, Invoice processing, SES and MM module of SAP Graduation, Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
