As an Advanced Technical Support Engineer - Cooling (Secure Power) at Schneider Electric in Bangalore, India, your mission will be to provide exceptional customer success by offering advanced technical support for the SE Secure-Power product range. Core Competencies: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering. - Possess 3-7 years of practical experience in Projects, Services, Installation, and commissioning of Cooling products such as Small Room Cooling, Rack Air Distribution, Room Air Distribution, etc. - Have direct or backend (support) experience in Data Center engineering operations with a profound understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure. - Familiarity with Schneider Electric DCIM software suites (DCE, DCO, ESDC, EMS, etc.), Energy tools, and BMS systems for data analysis and report preparation. - Understanding of Secure Power products like Single-phase UPS, 3Phase UPS, UPS Accessories, etc. would be advantageous. - Proactively identify opportunities to support regional peers in your area of expertise. - Proficiency in various Network/Data Communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc. - Hands-on experience and broad knowledge of Schneider Electric products, solutions, and engineering concepts are preferred. - Proficient in MS Office packages, particularly MS Word and Excel for report preparation and analysis. - Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and the ability to engage with global customers effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and a data analytical approach. - A team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
