As a Co-Founder at Mechneo Global, you will play a pivotal role in leading the mechanical operations side of the business. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around planning and setting up industrial plants for clients, which includes Continuous Casting Machines (CCMs), welding stations, and cooling furnace systems. This will involve managing end-to-end coordination with vendors, from negotiation to ordering and timely delivery. Additionally, you will oversee quality checks on machinery and components received from suppliers, ensuring that all standards are met. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth installation and handover processes. As you progress within the company, you will have the opportunity to own and scale the mechanical department as a Director and Co-Founder. Your hands-on experience in setting up mechanical plants, coupled with a deep understanding of CCMs, welding machines, furnaces, and related systems, will be invaluable in meeting the company's objectives. We are seeking an individual with strong vendor management and negotiation skills, as well as expertise in quality assurance and system integration. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, as you will be instrumental in building, leading, and growing the mechanical operations from the ground up. It is important to note that this position initially offers equity-based compensation, reflecting our commitment to long-term growth and success.
