As an experienced and skilled Heavy Ventilation & AC Technician specializing in maintenance work, your role will involve the upkeep, inspection, and repair of heavy-duty HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular maintenance on heavy ventilation and air conditioning systems. - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently. - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. - Ensure all systems meet health and safety regulations. - Maintain accurate service records and reports. Requirements: - 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance. - Strong understanding of heavy ventilation and industrial AC systems. - Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs. - ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant field (preferred). - Good communication and problem-solving skills.
