Position : Strategy Manager Location : Mumbai Experience : 5+ years Reporting to : Group COO About the Role We are seeking a dynamic professional to work closely with our Group COO. This is a high-exposure role involving strategic projects and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be part of a fast-moving environment with access to multiple business verticals. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Group COO on strategic projects and business priorities. Prepare and support executive-level presentations, reviews, dashboards, and business reports. Coordinate with internal teams (Business, Tech, Finance, HR, etc.) on cross-functional initiatives. Track and drive progress of key deliverables across departments. Ideate and support business strategies, new products and operational improvements, etc. Conduct business analysis, financial analysis, research and assist in decision-making. Represent the COO's office in internal and external interactions. Skills & Education Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience in business and financial analysis. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficient in MS Office. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Education Background & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience. Prior experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar role preferred. Post Graduate MBA in finance/CA or any other related field.
