Job Summary

• 6 years of IT experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on Experience in Oracle ODI.
• Candidate should have extensive experience of Oracle Data Integrator Architecture.
• Must have strong experience in implementing ODI mappings, packages, workflows, and integration to different source and target models.
• Perform data transformation and integration amongst a variety of platforms with the use of advanced methods.
• Devise advanced ODI procedures, interfaces, and packages to carry out EL-T data transformations.
• Implementing a variety of integration strategies with ODI with the use of best practices
• Employing ODI Web services and executes the integration of ODI in a SOA and Enterprise environment.
• Building/Organizing ODI models, ODI Topology, and devise ODI interfaces, processes, packages, and objects
• Comprehensive experience in ODI Migration process across the platforms.
• Experience of setting up Topologies for a File System and Oracle Database.
• Setting up the ODI Master and Work Repositories.
• Should be able to build workflows based on ODI packages to execute a process.
• Experience in ODI Development Lifecycle such as how to develop Models, Projects, Mapping, Procedures, Knowledge Modules, Packages, and Scenarios in ODI studio.
• Should be able to create reusable pluggable procedures for recurring tasks.
• Understand how the architecture of ODI can be set up and how and where ODI stores its metadata.
• Should be able to provide solutions used to resolve dependencies between different ODI objects.
• Experience in exporting, importing, and promoting ODI code repositories across the ODI environments.
• Defining Physical / Logical Data Servers and Re-engineering metadata into ODI models.
• Should be able to manage ODI execution errors. Detecting and diverting data errors for debugging purposes.
• Understanding the Load Plan and Exception handling processes.
• Experience of waterfall and agile methodologies
• Well versed with Data Warehouse / ETL / ELT concepts and best practices, and testing techniques
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong team player; self-directed, organized, capable of multi-tasking, and willing to shift priorities to meet business needs
