The Role We’re looking for a creative Brand Design Intern to help us evolve the Converse AI brand: across logo, colour palette, fonts, website visuals, proposal templates, email signatures, and client-facing Notion templates. You’ll work directly with the founder and the dev team to build out our complete design language system from scratch. What You’ll Do Develop a consistent visual identity (colours, typography, iconography, layout system) Design a new logo + wordmark aligned with our vision Create branded assets for website, proposal decks, email signatures, and Notion templates Build a simple Figma style guide / brand kit for future use Collaborate with the founder weekly to iterate and refine concepts What We’re Looking For You’ve completed 1-2 design projects before (brand, website, or product UI) that you can share Proficient in Figma and Canva (Webflow or Framer a plus) Strong eye for modern, minimal UI and typography Able to work independently and meet short weekly goals Curious about AI, startups, and building early-stage brands Why You’ll Love This Real-world startup experience End-to-end ownership of a live rebrand seen by real clients Reference letter and full credit for your work Exposure to how an AI agency operates across product, marketing, and design
